The Cleveland Cavaliers tasked BDA with developing high quality athletic jackets for Wine & Gold United – the official fan club for Cavaliers ticket holders – to engage Cavs-loving fans and show appreciation for their investment in the 2017 season. Parameters were set to operate within a pre-determined budget and limited timeframe. 

BDA collaborated with internal teams and domestic suppliers to ensure a timely execution. By leveraging its global network, BDA secured a competitive price and a seamless order transfer. To further enhance the “un-boxing” experience, BDA creative team developed a custom Wine & Gold United gift box to house the custom jacket.

21,500 jackets were produced and packaged in gift boxes and delivered to more than 7,000 individual Cavaliers ticket holders. BDA’s logistics expertise and full-service execution far exceeded client expectations and Wine & Gold United members felt appreciated and engaged.
