Room dropsWhen you have VIPs coming in from out of town, we can have a personalized gift basket waiting in their hotel room as a warm welcome. BDA coordinates room drop programs for the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and MLB All-Star Game, among other events. In the days leading up to the game, we’re on-site in the host city to sort, kit and deliver thousands of commemorative items arriving from multiple locations — all in a short window of time. |
Tying it all togetherFinding the right theme helps improve the overall impact. When the MLS All-Star Game returned to San Jose for the first time in 15 years, BDA treated VIPs and sponsors to gift packs inspired by the region’s history and technology-driven culture.
